Homecoming 2024

Homecoming dance:  Saturday November 2nd from 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM at RHS
Tickets are now on sale, before and after school in the breezeway.  Don't delay, we will sell out!  Tickets are $40 cash or check made out to Riverview High School.  Each student may purchase 2 tickets, one for themselves and one for a guest.
In order to purchase a ticket for a non-RHS student, your guest must be in high school and the RHS student purchasing the ticket must present a completed Guest Form at time of purchase.  Those who have already graduated or are not currently enrolled in a high school are not eligible to attend.  Guest forms can be found here or picked up from the ticket sales table.

Homecoming Court Procedures:

Students are nominated for the court by a club, sports team, or campus organization. Clubs/organizations with multiple grade levels may nominate a maximum of one boy and one girl from each grade level. Clubs/organizations representing one grade level may nominate one boy and one girl for that grade.

Voting takes place over a 24- to 36-hour period on Microsoft Forms the week of Homecoming. Students need their N# to vote, and they may only vote once. The top boy and top girl from each grade level 9-11 will be on the court. The top 4 boys and top 4 girls from grade 12 will also be on the court.

During the days leading up to Homecoming, the entire student body will vote for the Queen and King out of the seniors on the court. This will again be done on Microsoft Forms over a 48-hour period.

Friday night/Homecoming game: The court will be in the parade before the game and during halftime. Attire: Boys are to wear pants, long sleeved dress shirt and tie. Girls are to wear a dress (usually long). After the court is introduced at halftime, the King and Queen will be announced and crowned on the field.

Saturday night/dance: The King, Queen, and court will be introduced.

Court Elections:  Monday Oct. 28th - Tuesday Oct. 29th
Court will be announced on Wednesday Oct. 30th
King and Queen Voting will be Thursday Oct. 31st - Friday Nov. 1st 
King and Queen will be crowned at halftime
